【解説】
原作漫画の“恋愛頭脳戦”という独特の世界を実写映画化したシリーズの続編にして完結編。前作に引き続き河合勇人監督がメガホンを取る。
秀知院学園の白銀御行（平野紫耀）と四宮かぐや（橋本環奈）は、生徒会長選挙戦を終えたものの恋愛頭脳戦には決着がつかないまま。新たなメンバーも加わった生徒会に集結するが、いまだに「告白したほうが負け」という呪縛から逃れられず、いかに相手に告白させるかの恋愛バトルを繰り広げていた…。

Final film in the live-action series adapting the unique world in the “Love Is War” manga. Kawai Hayato continues as director from the previous film.
Shuchiin Academy students Shirogane Miyuki (Hirano Sho) and Shinomiya Kaguya (Hashimoto Kanna) have concluded their election campaigns for student council president but have yet to establish the victor in the competition of love. The student council convenes with new members, but the two still can’t escape the curse that “whoever confesses their romantic feelings first is the loser,” and the battle continues to get the other to make a declaration of love.
