解説・あらすじ
「君たちはまだ長いトンネルの中」「私の知らないあなたについて」の加藤小夏が主演を務めた謎解きミステリー。喫茶店でメイド店員として働きながら、鋭い洞察力と知恵で難事件を解決していく女探偵モナコの活躍を描く。

地元の人たちに愛されている昔ながらの純喫茶「モア」には、探偵事務所というもうひとつの顔があった。「モア」は現オーナーである由美彦の母・ミチルが開業し、ミチルは自ら探偵としてさまざまな問題を解決してきた。ミチル亡きあとは、彼女の兄・吾郎と息子の由美彦が店を引き継ぎ、探偵業はかつてミチルに助けられたことのある、アルバイトのモナコが請け負っていた。ある時、高級クラブ「Sun」のママから、悪質な客についての相談にのったモナコは、知性あふれる采配で事件を見事に解決するが、これをきっかけ依頼者が後を絶たなくなり、次第に事態は複雑かつ深刻なものになっていく。

モアのオーナーでありモナコの助手役となる由美彦を、俳優としても幅広く活躍する芸人の好井まさおが演じた。そのほか、モナコと由美彦を見守る吾郎役に川崎麻世、由美彦の母ミチル役に奥貫薫。

The old-fashioned pure cafe “Moa”, which is loved by the locals, had another face called the detective agency. “More” was opened by the current owner, Michiru, the mother of Yumihiko, and Michiru has solved various problems as a detective. After Michiru’s death, her brother Goro and her son Yumihiko took over the store, and the detective business was contracted by a part-timer Monaco, which was once helped by Michiru. One day, Monaco, who was consulted by the mother of the luxury club “Sun” about a malicious customer, successfully solves the case with an intelligent arrangement, but the client stops the opportunity and the situation gradually becomes complicated and serious.
