東京の離島・美浜島。中学の同級生で恋人の美花が犯されている姿を見た信之は、取り返しのつかない“罪”を犯すが、翌日、島に津波が襲いかかり、すべてのものを消滅させる。それから25年後。妻（橋本マナミ）と娘と暮らしていた信之（井浦新）の前に幼なじみの輔（瑛太）が現れ、封じ込めていた過去の真相を明らかにしていく。信之は美花（長谷川京子）を守ろうとするが…。
