【解説】
数多くの広告写真を手がける写真界の巨匠・上田義彦が、構想15年をかけ、脚本・撮影を兼任した渾身の監督デビュー作。椿が咲き誇る一軒家に暮らす祖母と孫娘、そこを訪れる人々の“一年間”を紡いだ人間ドラマ。
かつて夫や子どもと過ごした一軒家に、孫娘の渚（シム・ウンギョン）と住む絹子（富司純子）。庭に咲く色とりどりの草花に季節を感じ、過去を慈しみながら日々を送っていたところ、一本の電話がかかってくる。

[ Story ]
Powerful directorial debut from the prolific and highly respected commercial photographer Ueda Yoshihiko, who developed the project over a 15-year period and served as scriptwriter and cinematographer. Drama that interweaves a year in the lives of people who visit a house resplendent with camellia blossoms and the grandmother and granddaughter who live there.
Kinuko (Fuji Sumiko) lives with her granddaughter Nagisa (Shim Eun-kyung) in the house where she once resided with her husband and child. She spends her days cherishing the past while enjoying the seasons through the colorful flowers blossoming in the garden. Then, the telephone rings.
