【解説】
北米でもカルト的な人気を誇る井口昇監督作品『片腕マシンガール』を、新鋭・小林勇貴監督がリブートした衝撃作。小林監督のメジャー映画デビュー作『全員死刑』のプロデューサーである千葉善紀、西村喜廣と再びタッグを組む。
臓器売買の元締め“ダルマ屋”が支配するスラム街で生きてきた姉妹のアミ（搗宮姫奈）とヨシエ（花影香音）。ヨシエは、失った片腕にマシンガン義手を装着し、ダルマ屋のボス（根岸季衣）への復讐を考えていた。

Living in the lawless Ishinari District in a future Japan, sisters Ami (Hina Nagimiya) and Yoshie (Hanakage Kanon) who sold their bodies to help their parents, try to earn a living performing as an idol group in the area. When their performance causes stranger Matsukata (Tak Sakaguchi) a notorious hitman, to notice their condition, the three realize their worth to each other in the fight against Aoyama Dharma (Kimono Negishi), the female boss of a notorious organ harvesting ring in the area. Realizing that even their skills are no match for her army of goons and henchmen, the two are outfitted with special homemade weaponry to their bodies and become the ultimate killers.

[ Story ]
Up-and-coming director Kobayashi Yuki directs this shocking reboot of The Machine Girl by Iguchi Noboru who enjoys a cult following even in North America. Chiba Yoshinori and Nishimura Yoshihiro, who produced Kobayashi’s commercial debut film Death Row Family are once again on board as producers.
Ami (Tsukimiya Himena) and Yoshie (Hanakage Kanon) are sisters living in the slums ruled by the “Dharma Family”, kingpins of the organ trade. Seeking to take revenge on the Dharma Family boss (Negishi Toshie), Yoshie attaches a machine gun arm to replace the one she lost.
