【解説】
東日本大震災から10年目を迎えた仙台を舞台にしたヒューマン・ミステリー。監督は、『64-ロクヨン-前編／後編』など力強く緻密な人物描写で知られ、主演の佐藤健とは『8年越しの花嫁 奇跡の実話』以来のタッグとなる瀬々敬久。
全身を縛られ、餓死させられるという不可解な連続殺人事件が発生。別の事件で服役し出所したばかりの利根（佐藤）が捜査線上に浮上するが、刑事の苫篠（阿部寛）は決定的な証拠がつかめないでいた。

[ Story ]
Mystery set in Sendai ten years after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Known for his hard-hitting and meticulous character portrayals in Six Four Part 1 and Part 2, Zeze Takahisa reunites with lead actor Satoh Takeru for the first time since The 8-year Engagement.
Baffling serial killings unfold in which the victims are tied up and left to starve. Tone (Satoh) was just released from prison after finishing his sentence for another crime, and he surfaces as a suspect but detective Tomashiro (Abe Hiroshi) can’t nail down conclusive proof.
