29歳の明香里(吉高由里子)は、思いがけない事故で視力と家族を失うが、明るく過ごしていた。ある日彼女が、管理人と間違えて塁(横浜流星)という青年に話し掛けたのをきっかけに、二人は会話を重ねるようになる。キックボクサーだった塁は、ある事件が原因で心を閉ざしており、笑顔を向けてくれる明香里は大事な存在だった。やがて自分の過去が彼女の失明と関係していたことを知った彼は、高額な手術代を稼ごうと賭博試合のリングに立つことを決意する。

【解説】
チャップリンの『街の灯』に着想を得た韓国映画『ただ君だけ』を原作にしたラブストーリー。監督は、『僕等がいた』など恋愛映画の旗手として知られる三木孝浩。
目が不自由な明香里（吉高由里子）はある日、塁（横浜流星）と出会う。将来を有望視されたキックボクサーだった塁は、ある事件をきっかけに未来を失い心を閉ざしていた。ほどなくしてふたりは惹かれあうが、やがて塁は自分の過去が明香里の失明した事件と接点があったことを知る。

[ Story ]
This love story is a remake of the South Korean film Always which took its cue from Chaplin’s City Lights. In the director’s chair is Miki Takahiro who has worked on We Were There and other romance films.
One day, Rui (Yokohama Ryusei) meets a blind girl Akari (Yoshitaka Yuriko). Once a kickboxer with promising potential, Rui has distanced himself from others after a certain incident took away his hopes for the future. Before long, the two become attracted to one another, but Rui soon learns his past and the accident responsible for Akari’s loss of eyesight share something in common.
