解説・あらすじ
上方落語界の重鎮・笑満亭橋鶴が今まさに臨終しようというとき、最後に謎のお願いの言葉をつぶやいた。それを聞いた弟子たちは、師匠の願いを叶えんと慌てふためくのだが……。果たして師匠の願いとは？　ベテラン俳優の津川雅彦が、日本映画界の創始者である祖父・牧野省三と、早撮りの名手としてならした伯父・マキノ雅弘の名跡マキノ性を継いだ初監督作で、故中嶋らもの同名短編小説を映画化した人情喜劇。
